Litigation Trust Management prosecuting claims against Noble Corporation plc. and two other affiliates for actual and constructive fraudulent transfer, debt recharacterization and unjust enrichment, and claims against certain current and former directors and/ or officers of either Noble Corporation plc or Paragon Offshore plc for breach of fiduciary duty and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty.

SUNEDISON LITIGATION TRUST
Trustee prosecuting Chapter 5 claims and causes of action against nearly 500 parties following the effectiveness of the debtors’ bankruptcy plan in late 2017. In the two years following the complaints’ filings, in excess of 80% of these complaints have resolved before trial, not including default judgments.
